The Hotshot is highly portable and launches a strong irritant cloud of PAVA (intensely hot pepper) powder that creates an instant protective barrier to disable attackers. Unlike other pepper-based products, which can take several minutes to properly administer and require accurate aiming, the HotShot is the only product that instantly releases a large irritant hot pepper powder cloud disabling all attackers in its path, and giving the user time to get away safely.
My feeling is that inexperienced people shouldn't carry weapons. {ie: those who aren't trained to use them}
Plus, its a lot cheaper to just walk somewhere with a group, instead of having to purchase a weapon.
