I'm a little embarrassed to even bring this topic up, but it's something that happens to many... many couples so might as well offer some helpful tips. But before I go on, I just want to say that girls get really embarrassed when they queef in the middle of sex, so please don't make your girl feel any worse than she already does!
Because you can't avoid it, might as well learn how to deal with it, right?
