So whats the best way to cure a hangover?

Several options. If you can remember in the midst of the haze of booze to drink some water and eat something that will ease the pain of the next day. Alka-Seltzer before you crash is a good idea too.
Menudo is supposed to be really good the next day. Don't ask what is in it. Just find a place where they barely speak English, if at all, and ask for some menudo. They usually only have it on Sundays.
Chug lots of water the next day. If you are so far gone you can't even keep water down, well you get to ride it out til you can. A lot of the symptoms of being hungover boil down to being dehydrated and vitamin depleted. Restoring them as promptly as possible or in the midst of removing them are some of the best ways of mitigating the effects.
