I'll give the cliffs right away for anyone who doesn't know what this thread about or hasn't seen it on the news.

Over the summer Hulk Hogan's son Nick was racing his Toyota supra on some highway with a friend in the car and ended up crashing.  He is ok, but his friend was in a comma and isn't expected to recover.  Linda Hogan (his mom) got on TV and was talking about how bad street racing is, its wrong to do, etc.  Then a few weeks later an underground street racing video came out of her street racing and saying how much fun it is.  Now just recently its been said that she has filed for divorce against Hulk Hogan.

Bollea, 46, filed divorce papers Tuesday in Pinellas County, records show. She has been married to Terry Gene Bollea, 53, more famously known as Hulk Hogan, since 1983 and the couple has two children, Brooke, 19, and Nick, 17.

Really sucks how all this has happened just since the end of the summer.

I know his license was revoked for a year because he had a BAC of .055 at the time of the crash.  http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,312409,00.html

I read somewhere else that he is facing criminal charges and could face up to 5 years in prison.

It's vehicular manslaughter if his friend dies
I think he should get more than that
Everyone knows the risk of racing
He should have to face REAL charges

I should have also posted this.  http://hitsusa.com/blog/49/nick-hogan-car-crash/

This is prob the best part:
Quote
Nick Hogan Interview in Rides Magazine August Issue: “In my silver Viper, I was driving from Miami to Tampa. I got pulled over going 107 [mph] and the guy let me off. He’s like, “Hey, I know who you are, just keep going, ya know.” Dude, I got back on the road and two minutes later I get pulled over going 113 [mph]. Another highway patrol from the same county said, “I just heard on the radio that my buddy pulled you over and let you go. I’ma let you go this time. It’s your second warning. You get pulled over again, you’re probably going to go to jail.” Three minutes later, [I was] doing 123 [mph] in a 50 [mph zone]. The guy is like, “Hey, I just heard you got pulled over twice in the last 10 minutes. I got to write you a ticket.”

This just proves he has 0 responsibility or care for other people on the road.

haha
He is one example of someone who shouldnt be on the road

Some others are:
People who have to take the written drivers test in a language that is not English
People who know nothing about cars and never check their oil
People who think they can eat, do their make-up, text, and dance around to music that is too loud for their own good all at the same time going 60 in a 35 on a curvy road
Ect....
