I don't understand why people don't realize that even though you set your facebook or myspace profile to private it doesn't ultimately mean it is. Plus, I thought it was known that some potential employers search these sites to get a "different perspective" of their job candidates.
Whats funny is that this kid probably would have gotten away with going to the party, had he not posted the pictures.
