make moonshine which equals money. it may not be legal but its very profitable! or you can just make rye bread. its up to you

I've heard coffee beans can be very valuable.

Also, it depends on the soil, climate, and acreage.  Where are you going to be growing?

Another idea I had is to plant pine trees, and sell them at Christmas time.  I'll take a guess that you can have a full grown tree in 7 years.  Best of all there is basically no cost or maintenance.  The only downside is you won't have your money for 7 years.  However if you plant a new crop (100 trees?) every year, you'll be set.

Why not just grow pot then...the stuff that's grown outside isn't that good but it's also almost no maintenance. But seriously if you're looking to grow something it's usually best to rotate your stock so you're better off growing a couple of things at once
