So I'm going to Unity College in Unity, ME and it's my third year here. I LOVE IT!!! This college is soo different from all the other colleges. The majors are way out of the ordinary but in a good way. Like there's Wildlife Care and Education, Adventure Therapy, Conservation Law Enforcement, Environmental Writing, and a whole lot more plus you can minor in things like Zoology or Psychology and others. This college is small too. I think the biggest class I was in had about 30 students in it. Which means that teachers know who you are by name and they're always there if you need help. Trust me, I should know, I need help a lot lol.
The college is in the small town Unity which also adds to the feel of community at the school. Since it is small and not a lot of people own cars, the college has a crap load of things to keep us entertained. There's band night almost every Friday, they make big celebrations for certain holidays like Earth Day, just for fun they have nights for bingo and to play board games, or they get some students and car pool to go bowling or go see a new movie. I can't tell you how much I love this college. I couldn't picture me anywhere else. I would hate to go to college for 3 years and still not know my way around campus or not know the majority of people I see day to day. That would drive me nuts. Anywayz I just wanted to share my undergrad college experience. If you want to learn more about the college go to the website
