Did anyone else hear about this?  It happened a few days ago. The New Jersey teenager who hacked the Iphone traded it for 3 more locked versions and a brand new 350z.  I personally think he could have gotten more, but its better then nothing.

yea but now he has 3 more to unlock and trade (if he remembers how) and a 350z to either drive or sell for almost 100% profit.

i'd tell the kid props on hacking the iphone but kiss my ass man... i don't want that shit anyway...my pocket pc does pretty much everything the iphone does, and it also has a "pen"!  Smiley

i really don't know why someone would want to trade all that just so they could have an iphone on a different provider but whatevvvv

Sorry, I should have added this or posted a link to the story.  He traded it to a company that was going to mass produce unlocked Iphones.  They only really need one in order to duplicate it to hundreds of others.  With the amount of profit they'll make off this kids discovery, a brand new car and a few Iphones is insignificant to them.

all phone eventually get unlocked it's only a matter of time...especially a phone as popular as the iphone. I figure he got a good deal because once another person figured out how to hack it then the value of what he knew would drop dramatically.
